A well-prepared bag separates pros from amateurs. The list below is battle-tested across FITUR, IFTM, WTM and TIS.
Practical steps
- 1Pack two bags: a light daytime bag (essentials) and a hotel-room base (refills).
- 2Bring 2x more business cards than you think you need.
- 3Print materials in the dominant fair language (ES for FITUR, FR for IFTM, EN for WTM).
- 4Carry a small giveaway (artisanal, local, edible — not branded plastic).
- 5Always have a backup phone charger and a power bank.
